The Italian Contemporary Film Festival is back in Montréal!

The Italian Contemporary Film Festival is back in Montréal from June 14th to June 21st! This festival is one of the biggest film festivals outside of Italy.

More than twenty films will be presented this year, Fliglia mia by Laura Bispuri, the successful Dogman by Matteo Garrone or Capri-Revolution by Mario Martone.

The projections will be at la Cinémathèque Québécoise, Cinéma Guzzo Lacordaire, and Cinéma Moderne.

Several prestigious guests will be attended: directors, producers, actors will be present for their movies or simply for the beauty of the Italian Cinema. Massimo Martella will introduce his last project Au nom d’Antea as well as Stefano Fogliata who plays in Footballization.

A guest of honor, Ezio Greggio will be part of the festival! Actor, director and producer, he has played many years ago in a movie entirely filmed in Canada with the famous actor Leslie Nielsen.  

Whether you are a simply movie amateur or an expert in Italian cinema, celebrate and enjoy this Festival! You will be pleased with a large choice of movies: from drama to comedy and documentaries, there is one for everybody!

 

The ICFF Festival and Ciné-Parc Dante

The SDC Little Italy is proud and happy to announce that the Italian Contemporary Film Festival will collaborate this year on our summer event, the Ciné-Parc Dante. Every year, every Wednesday evening, we propose to you a projection outside in the heart of Little Italy!

This year the Festival will be with us for the nine evenings! Thanks to their precious collaboration, we will be able to propose you large and recent movies! Be with us, the next July 3rd and for the rest of the summer, every Wednesday evening!
